Overview

The Statistics view provides key performance indicators (KPIs) and interactive charts summarizing availability data. It aggregates allocation records into meaningful metrics — availability percentages, lost production, and production figures — with drill-down capabilities by category and asset.

KPI Panels

At the top of the Statistics view, three KPI cards show the headline numbers:

KPI Description
AvailabilityPercentage of time assets were available for operation. Calculated as (Total Time − Downtime) / Total Time × 100%
Lost ProductionTotal estimated energy that was not produced due to downtime. Displayed in MWh or kWh based on the toggle
ProductionTotal actual energy produced during the selected period

Charts

Below the KPI panels, three interactive Highcharts bar/column charts provide visual breakdowns:

Frequency Chart

Shows the number of allocations (count) per category. Useful for identifying the most common causes of downtime. Bars are color-coded by category.

Duration Chart

Shows the total hours per category. Identifies which categories consume the most time. Even if a category has few occurrences, it may dominate in duration.

Energy / Lost Production Chart

Shows lost production (in MWh or kWh) per category. This is often the most business-critical metric, directly representing financial impact.

Toolbar Toggles

The Statistics toolbar provides several display options:

Toggle Description
Show MWh ☑When checked, display energy in MWh. Unchecked shows kWh
Show in Site TimeDisplay time values in each asset's registered timezone
Show OverriddenInclude overridden allocations in the statistics

Drill-Down

The charts support hierarchical drill-down:

  1. Level 1: Categories — Click a category bar to drill down into that category

  2. Level 2: Assets — See how the selected category distributes across individual assets

  3. Level 3: Sub-categories — Further break down by sub-category within the selected asset

Use the Back button at the top of the chart to navigate up the hierarchy.

Export & Print

The toolbar includes:

  • 📥 Export — Download the statistics data as a file (CSV/Excel)

  • 🖨 Print — Open a print-friendly version of the statistics

Sidebar Filters

The right-hand sidebar provides the same Time Filter and Asset Filter as the Allocations view. After adjusting filters, click Apply to recalculate statistics for the new selection. The calculation status is shown in the header: "Calculating statistics for 106 assets...".
