Overview
The Core Real-Time Data is a Certified Product Point Template for Meter which defines the standardized, minimum set of telemetry (e.g. time series points) Bazefield recommends for real-time monitoring of all Meters. These points ensure consistent data collection, improve interoperability across assets, and enable accurate reporting and analysis across your portfolio.
This point template provides a reliable baseline of real-time data expected from each Meter modeled in Bazefield. The purpose is to:
Ensure consistent naming and normalization of critical telemetry available on all makes and models of Meters
Streamline configuration for SCADA or historian data ingestion
Support cross-site and cross-technology data normalization
Template Definition
The Core Real-Time Data point template includes telemetry definitions for standard meter measurements. Meter data is useful at a site level, and is often compared to aggregations of generating asset data. Details on the Point Names, Descriptions, and Types are below.
