Overview
The Core Real-Time Data is a Certified Product Point Template for Weather Stations which defines the standardized, minimum set of telemetry (e.g. time series points) Bazefield recommends for real-time monitoring of all weather stations. These points ensure consistent data collection, improve interoperability across assets, and enable accurate reporting and analysis across your portfolio.
This point template provides a reliable baseline of real-time data expected from each Weather Station modeled in Bazefield. The purpose is to:
Ensure consistent naming and normalization of critical telemetry available on all makes and models of Weather Stations
Streamline configuration for SCADA or historian data ingestion
Support cross-site and cross-technology data normalization

The Core Real-Time Data point template includes key telemetry definitions for weather related measurements. Only some points are required for standard asset performance monitoring. Details on the Point Names, Descriptions, and Types are below.
