Overview
The CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Integrator in Bazefield enables seamless two-way communication between Bazefield and leading third party CMMS/EAM platforms. It allows users to create, manage, and sync work orders directly from Bazefield’s Event Operations application.

Flexible Work Order Data Model
The fixed data model for work orders is very simple, with just a few standard properties defined.
Custom attributes are fully configurable to match the schema of the third-party CMMS system
Linkable to any number of related Cases and/or Events on the Bazefield side
Flexible authentication configuration for third-party APIs
Create new work orders in the CMMS system directly from Bazefield
Receive updates from external CMMS systems through multiple methods
Pushed updates to the Bazefield Services API from the CMMS system or middleware
Pulling updates with the Bazefield scheduled polling service to pull when push updates are not available
Import work orders to Bazefield that were initially created in the 3rd
Designed to work alongside Events and Cases
Dedicated Work Orders tab
Supports filtering, sorting, column selection, and saved filter templates

Automated Work Order Creation (Requires Bazefield Flow Service)
Flow Service templates are available to create jobs that trigger Work Order creation when specific event conditions are met
