The widget header displays a dynamic summary: Show [metric] by [grouping], giving users immediate context. In the example above, it shows Active Power grouped by name.

Key Features

Multiple Data Source Types

The Pie Chart supports three data source types, each serving a different analytical purpose:

  • Point — Standard metric values (e.g., Active Power, Energy Production) aggregated per group.
  • Allocations — Energy allocation data for contract and settlement analysis.
  • Cases — Counts event/case occurrences per group attribute (e.g., fault distribution by turbine type).

Flexible Data Grouping

Data can be divided by various asset attributes: Name, Country, Region, Technology, Site, Manufacturer, Model, Custom Group, or Owner. The grouping attribute is selected via a dropdown directly in the widget header.

  • Data labels — Show asset names, values, and percentage contributions on each slice.
  • Legend — Optionally display a color legend for slice identification.
  • Total display — Show the sum of all slices.
