# Certified Repository View

## Introduction

Introduced in Bazefield 11.5, **Model Manager** is a new administrative application designed to streamline and enhance the management of product certified templates and onboarding of Core sites in Bazefield. It introduces two key views: the **Certified Repository** and the **Production Models** view. The **Certified Repository** serves as a centralized hub for accessing and maintaining product certified templates, ensuring consistency and compliance with Bazefield standards. The **Production Models** view enables users to efficiently apply and manage these templates across existing models across your portfolio.

One of the major benefits of Model Manager is the **increased visibility and control** it offers during the Core onboarding and upgrade processes. By providing granular insight into certified templates, it helps users make informed decisions, reduces onboarding time, and minimizes errors. Additionally, Model Manager simplifies the task of keeping production models aligned with the latest Bazefield standards, promoting consistency across deployments and improving overall system reliability.

## Overview

From the Certified Repository view, product certified templates can be previewed, downloaded, and applied individually or in bulk to existing Domain Models. Some template types are deployed to asset models, while some are deployed directly to the system within the applicable native Bazefield application.

- Deploy a Template
- Deploy Templates in Bulk
  - Note: Templates must have the same object type to be applied in Bulk
- Preview a Product Certified Template
- Download a Product Certified Template
  - Product certified templates can be downloaded as either an Excel or JSON file

#### Filter Options:

There are many powerful filter options in the Model Manager which allow users to isolate templates as needed. In general, the only options that will appear in the filter dropdown will be those that apply to existing templates in the Certified Repository. One or multiple options can be selected for each filter field.

| Filter | Options | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Version | Any Version in the repository, i.e. 11.5.1, 11.5.2 or ‘Latest’ Version | Find templates of a specific version, or the Latest available version of each template in the repository |
| Template Type | Any Template type in the Certified Repository | Find templates of a specific template type. All available template types are listed above. |
| License | Core, Core+ | Find templates that are licensed at the Core or Core+ level |
| Product | Monitoring, Analytics | Find templates that are within the Monitoring or Analytics product lines |
| Domain | Wind, Solar, Energy Storage, Hydro, Virtual, Fleet, Meteorological, Grid | Find templates of a specific domain. |
| Vendor | Any OEM template in the repository, i.e. GE, Vestas, TMEIC, Sungrow, etc.. | Find templates of a specific Vendor. Not all templates will have a Vendor. |
| Make | Any OEM template in the repository, i.e. 1.X, V90, Ninja, SG2200 | Find templates of a specific Make. Not all templates will have a Make. If there is a Make, there should also be a Vendor. |
| Object Type | Any Object Type in Bazefield | Find templates of a specific object type. |
| Install | Installed, Not Installed | Find templates that are installed to the system or at least 1 model, or not installed on the system |
| Search Name | Text Field | Find templates that have at least a partial name match to the search field contents |
