# Set Access restrictions

Permissions and access are managed through Bazefield’s Access application.

To grant or revoke access to a BI Manager application:

1. Open the Access application.
2. Select the item type **“BI Application”**.
3. Enter the users or roles whose access you want to modify.
4. Choose the BI Manager application in question.
5. Click **Add Access** or **Remove Access** as needed.
