View Configuration

  • View Type — Select the type of case view from the dropdown. This determines how cases are filtered and displayed.

App Linked Data Sources

The Event Operations widget uses Cases data sources exclusively. The data source table shows:

  • Name — Data source name (e.g., "All Cases").
  • Asset Types — Asset type filter (e.g., "Filter Driven").
  • Attributes — Available columns to display. Each attribute appears as a clickable chip (+ Name, + Description, + Status, + Priority, + Labels, + Assignments, + Roles, + Users, + Items, + Created, + Modified, + Closed, + Event Start, + Event End, + Due Date, + Allocation Loss, + Case ID, etc.).
  • Metrics — Aggregation metrics (e.g., Record Count, Add all).

Output Configuration

Configure which columns appear in the table and their order.

Advanced Tab

The Advanced tab provides additional display settings.
