Overview
The Command Log tab in Asset Operations provides a complete audit trail of all control commands sent to assets. It records every Start, Stop, and Reset command along with its execution status, the user who triggered it, and a link to the associated workflow.
Access it from Asset Operations → Command log tab.
Table Columns
Column | Description |

Asset | The name of the controlled asset (e.g., OAK INV 01A). Clickable link that navigates to the asset details. |
Command | The command that was sent: Start, Stop, or Reset |
Status | Execution result — shown as a color-coded badge:

User | Who triggered the command — system for automated schedules, or a username for manual commands |
Last Updated | Relative timestamp of the last status update (e.g., "19 days ago", "a month ago") |
Workflow | A Link to the associated workflow execution for detailed tracking |
Filtering
Use the Asset Filter panel on the right side to narrow down results by:
Owners — Filter by asset owner
Types — Filter by asset type
Sites — Filter by site location
Models — Filter by asset model
Assets — Search and select specific assets
Each filter supports Select All / Clear All quick actions. Click Apply to update the results.
Refresh
Click the 🔄 Refresh button above the table to reload the latest command entries. The log is paginated for large datasets.
