# CMMS Integrator

## Overview

The CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Integrator in Bazefield enables seamless two-way communication between Bazefield and leading third party CMMS/EAM platforms. It allows users to create, manage, and sync work orders directly from Bazefield’s Event Operations application.

Example third-party platforms:

- Salesforce
- Hexagon EAM
- SAP
- MaintainX
- Fiix
- IBM Maximo
- Oracle EAM
- Sitetracker
- Accruent Maintenance Connection
- IFS EAM

- The fixed data model for work orders is very simple, with just a few standard properties defined.
- Custom attributes are fully configurable to match the schema of the third-party CMMS system
- Linkable to any number of related Cases and/or Events on the Bazefield side

- Flexible authentication configuration for third-party APIs
- Create new work orders in the CMMS system directly from Bazefield
- Receive updates from external CMMS systems through multiple methods
  - Pushed updates to the Bazefield Services API from the CMMS system or middleware
  - Pulling updates with the Bazefield scheduled polling service to pull when push updates are not available
- Import work orders to Bazefield that were initially created in the 3rd
